25 years' experience of one industry: the agri-food industry

Bertrand VIGNON
set up VIF in 1981, based on his experience and qualifications in management (H.E.C. top business school, chartered accountancy) and IT.
VIF soon specialised in the agri-food industry, first operating in the meat trade, with its characteristic requirements of speed, traceability, JIT and carcass "dismantling". These are now requirements to be met by all agri-food sectors.

In 1988, VIF signed its 100th customer.

Since 1990, while keeping its focus on meat, VIF has branched out into other agri-food industry segments, such as bakery and cakes, dairy products, precooked dishes, fish and delicatessen and cured meats, in a wide variety of companies. VIF now covers all areas, including production, management of physical flows within factories, sales management, logistics and order preparation, purchases and accounting. VIF can also supplement general ERP solutions with its specialised agri-food capabilities.

Today VIF equips over 350 customer facilities in France and abroad (Morocco, Mauritius, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Brazil, Spain).
