For me, coming to VIF is a very rich experience because I will be working in the Romanian market in my home country but using the expertise I have gained while in France. I arrived at VIF as an International Business Volunteer, or IBV. After a Masters in "European Policy Engineering" in France, I wanted to join a French company operating in the Romanian market. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to join the VIF team who made me very welcome during my in-company training period. The VIF package will enable the Romanian agri-food industry to meet European standards, in particular those relating to product quality and traceability, and the potential to increase the competitiveness of its products. Vă aşteptăm cu plăcere la agenţia noastră de la Bucureşti începând din 2009. Laurent Willi V.I.E.
What's it like at VIF? Very friendly indeed! I arrived at VIF two months ago and have been working on the project to "Export" the package to Romania. I would describe VIF as one big family where all members are brought together through their work and a genuine involvement in VIF package development at all levels. So, for me being new to the company, I am lucky as there is always an enthusiastic staff member to support me and help me get the most out of my training.
